Pricing (Minimum Rental Period = 2 Hours)

First Floor (Includes Dining Room, Lounge, and Garden if requested) $120/hr

Four Hour Block ......................................................$360

Conference Room (Room A, B, or C) $100/hr

Staff Security (Required) to allow in and out privileges to guests and monitor unauthorized persons from entering building. $15/hr

Additional Charges (Flat rate, add to above pricing)  

• Table and chair set-up and takedown (If required) $15.00
• PA/Sound System (Staff person required to operate) $15.00
• VCR and/or TV (Staff person required to operate) $15.00
• Coffee (35 cup coffee urn, cups, creamers, and sugar included) $20.00
• Use of Steam table $15.00

****Due to the increased cost of heating and electricity there will be a 15% surcharge added to the total rental.

IMPORTANT

The Center is available for rental during the following periods;

Weekdays from 6PM to 11PM

Saturdays from 7AM to 10PM

Sundays from 8AM to 10PM
